Insane heels?? Who would really wear this??

 What is the world of fashion coming too, i cannot believe this when i saw it. Not only does it look uncomfortable it looks extremely painful for your feet and back. I couldn't get caught wearing this in a million years. The insanely designed heels appear backwards on your feet so that your feet point straight down the back like if you are in ballet shoes. The shoe is a collaboration between Dutch shoe designer Rene Van Den Berg and Artist Leanie Van Der Vyver.

Please tell me would you wear this? Keep in mind you can't stand straight when you are walking so imagine yourself squatting while walking.
