Ciara wear sheer top and forgets to wear a bra

Singer Ciara was out in New York for some form of promotional events, i think she forgot to wear a bra at one of her stops. She was wearing a sheer tank top, harem pants and 6.5 inch Christian Louboutin boots. Now how the heck can anyone walk in those shoes i don't know but Ciara did and did it well. Guess she was practicing for months lol.
